FEATURES:
- Install network computer system- each workstation includes a laptop with a laser printer
- Includes installation of Greater Giving card reader or terminals from 3:00pm-10:30pm
- Tech support during the coverage time for hardware and backup support for Greater Giving system
- Payment schedule: 50% deposit with the final billing with adjustment emailed Monday after the event. A Late fee of $25 will be charged after 7 days
Optional Charges- Adjustments:
- Additional time coverage (which includes equipment and labor) will be billed at $100 per hour after 10:30pm
- Any overnight or travel charges are not included- outside the Greater Portland Area or Greater Seattle Area
- Meal charges are not included and will be billed unless it is provided- for techs
- Parking charges are not included
The client will provide a correct database on a media stick backup according to Greater Giving procedures, and paper for the laser printers.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES SERVICES FROM RECEIPT OF THE FLASH DRIVE (DATABASE) TO THE RETURN OF THE FLASH DRIVE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE GALA.
A pre-site meeting will be arranged 2 weeks prior to the event for all new clients.
